Can adrenal fatigue cause hypoglycemia?

I have been highly stressed for over a year in my job on and off, and now for the last 3-4 months I have been getting really over the top hungry and now hypoglycemic, progressively worse this last week. Can this all come from stress? what do I do, I’m so tired from waking up and staying half awake from shakes/ ‘hungry’ headaches etc.
Am hearing back from a diabetes test today, am not anemic, and thyroid is fine.
