When someone has ‘adrenal fatigue’ it wil manifest itself by these signs?

I have adrenal fatigue, is that why I’m jumpy if I get startled , or I feel a thousand needles in my face if someone nearly hits me in the car?How does it manifest itself other than me having the ’slows’?
