Both appear to involve possibility of oversleeping, fatigue, memory loss, etc.
No connection at all! Depression maybe, but not Bipolar Disorder.
The symptoms of depression can include fatigue, loss of interest in previously pleasurable activities and suicidal thoughts, but not memory loss especially.
Bipolar disorder swings repeatedly from depression to mania over a period of days to months, [...]

Does graded exercise work for chronic fatigue syndrome?

Hi, have any CFS/ME sufferers had any improvement with graded exercise. I was recommended this by my doctor, but I know from experience that overdoing it makes me feel a lot worse.
So does it work? How shall I start and progress without overdoing it? Shall I do cardio or weights?

you don’t need to meet the exact criteria to still have FMS–but many conditions are misdiagnosed as FMS–Vitamin deficiency, hormonal problems, lymes, MS, Lupus, depression etc…..if you have any of these–you most likely don’t have FMS–especially once treated and teh symptoms go away
