Fell and Cracked My Head On Sharp Wooden Corner?

It’s a long story how I came to fall…basically I fell down and cracked my head good on the sharp hardwood corner of a stair banister in my house. Like, I’m fourteen, so falling in itself isn’t such a concern as it is for breaking something in elderly people, but I did hit my head. My skull takes a beating daily from Tourette’s tics of head-banging on floors, walls, beating with my fists, face-slapping, hitting… but this, I completely fell over, like hit my head on the corner of the bottom of the banister. And it really hurt. It bled some and it hurts like hell when you touch the site. I have no idea as to the extent of injury, I refused to move and couldn’t really move for several minutes after I initially was injured…I just sort of lay there twitching, silent, couldn’t really talk, couldn’t move my head. It was really freaky. My question is, I guess, is this normal for that sort of head injury? Is this serious? I’ve already got neurological problems, as in, really severe Tourette’s syndrome… self-injurious tics, severe sensory issues, severe OCD, bad depression… chronic fatigue. I can’t go to the ER, my tics are very violent and any doctors that don’t know me will percieve them as a threat. Had a bad experience where they injected me with stuff I’m allergic to because it’s the standard treatment for the symptoms I exhibit…and then they wouldn’t let me go…long story… I can seek treatment though at my regular doctors so it’s not like I’m gonna be totally without medical supervision. Any advice? I’m just a little bit concerned, like, you know, my brain’s inside my head, lol.
