Does graded exercise work for chronic fatigue syndrome?

Hi, have any CFS/ME sufferers had any improvement with graded exercise. I was recommended this by my doctor, but I know from experience that overdoing it makes me feel a lot worse.

So does it work? How shall I start and progress without overdoing it? Shall I do cardio or weights?

Thanks!

For me the best thing is walking. I have issues that make the pounding from running impossible. With walking, I can speed up or slow down as needed. I find I can get more actual energy from this. You can add ankle and wrist weights if you want to.

Properly balanced nutrition products as well as graded exercise can make you return to normal life. You need to take balanced nutrition diet with graded exercise. I am sure that it will work.
