		<description>For me the best thing is walking. I have issues that make the pounding from running impossible. With walking, I can speed up or slow down as needed. I find I can get more actual energy from this. You can add ankle and wrist weights if you want to.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
