What is the best medicine/foods to give a person to help with chronic fatigue syndrome?

she also has lupus and fibromialgia and takes alot of goldenseal and garlic for the immune system but would like more information if someone has it. Thanks

i’ve heard from research tests that good quality high cocoa dark chocolate (a few squares a day) can actually help

otherwise, it’s pretty much an open question - because no-one knows the causes or reasons of chronic fatigue, and everyone with it suffers differently, no-one knows what will help.

doctors generally recommend avoiding things like caffeine and alcohol, and some people find avoiding cows milk (try goats milk instead) helps. i’d imagine a balanced diet full of fruit, vegetables etc would also generally be beneficial
