Can you explain specifically the difference between diabetic nerve pain and fibromyalgia pain?

Medicine is connected to my fibromyalgia.

My opinion below, and I am not a doctor.

It’s possible that there may not be much of a distinguishable difference. And, it may not be important because what will help one will help the other.

    I’m not sure about the connection. I do know that increasing your glutathione levels can help with the pain caused by fibromyalgia.
