Could anyone tell me what are some good treatments for fibromyalgia?
I’d like to know what are some good medications or treatments I can do for fibromyalgia besides going to the doctor. Thanks
The very best thing that has worked for me is water exercise. No need for weights, teh water offers enough resistance that at the same time is gentle enough not to make you cause you more pain. You can overdo it easily in the water too as you are not liable to feel as much pain in the pool.
try this website for a support group. They may have some more ideas for you. I don’t post there often but I find them a pretty great group when I need teh extra support.

Fibromyalgia has many different treatments. One is not the best. Use of anti-inflamatory meds. to anti-depressants, muscle rexaxants pain meds etc. are porential treatments. See your MD and start your trial. They all have potertial side effects. Sleep, and exercise are the safest.
